2nd Graders at Johnson Elementary visited the School Garden outside to observe the vegetable planted there. They also took a stroll around the school to enjoy the fresh air.

Tuesday, Nov. 18 Johnson Elementary held a coat drive during the morning making sure that every student received a winter coat to gear up for the cold we will be facing this winter.

We can't wait to see all of our Wildcats return for our new school year! Dr. Booker is inviting everyone to our Back to School Pep Rally on Thursday, August 21st at 3:30PM! After meeting Dr. Booker and enjoying the Pep Rally families are invited to stay and meet teachers, our school community, and friends.

Dr. Booker has been building parent partnerships, meeting Wildcats, and engaging with families since joining the Johnson family. Dr. Booker believes every student and family at Joseph E. Johnson, Jr. School is valuable and needed! 

Johnson families, thank you for sharing your feedback about school uniforms through survey. This school year, students are to wear uniform colors based on their grade level. Thanks to Old Navy, coupons are being provided for parents to purchase uniforms. Coupons can be picked up at the school office Monday through Friday between 8AM and 2:30PM

Every Summer, we offer Summer Learning opportunities to our families. In order to maximize our programs, provide efficient opportunities, and enhance our programming we need to hear from our families. Scan the QR Code or visit the survey link below.
